Class Changes
With the new semester starting in January, we want to make you aware of our class change procedures.
To support academic success, our goal is to have all students in appropriate classes as quickly as possible. There will be no class changes made after January 10th.
Beginning now, through the first week of the semester, January 10th, class changes will follow this process:
The attached class change form must be completed, including the proposed class change (use the attached master schedule to figure out your class change option), all signatures, pay $10 fee to the finance office (if the change is unable to happen, you will be refunded), all supporting documentation must be included (i.e. home release paperwork when requesting a home release), all completed documents must be submitted to the counseling office by Friday, January 10th.
Schedule changes will be made for the following reasons and ONLY based on availability:

Schedule changes will be made for the following reasons and ONLY based on availability:
- Academic misplacement (i.e. the student has chosen the wrong level of a class or has chosen a class without meeting the pre-requisite)
- Program changing (i.e. student has been accepted into an audition or try out class)
- Missing an academic class (ii. student is missing a core class such as English, history, math or science)
- Missing a graduation requirement (i.e. a senior student is missing a course necessary to graduate in the upcoming school year or a junior is missing US History)
- Adding home release, internship or classes off high school campus
